BNP to end non-whites rule by Valentines Day

Nick Griffin MEP and the BNP have been told that they must change their party’s rules to accept non-whites by February 14th. The BNP had previously been ordered to change their constitution by January 28th 2010, but the party had failed to do so, citing bad weather.

Griffin has urged party members to back the changes, saying it must “adapt or die”.

Despite it taking the Equality and Human Rights Commission so long to bring action against the BNP to accept non-white members, this still remains a victory for racial equality in Britain. Let’s hope that if there are any other organisations that exclude people on the grounds of religion or race they are forced to do the same.

This could have provided Nick Griffin a perfect opportunity to prove to the electorate that his party was no longer an officially racist organisation. But the BNP’s new constitution, which still states that it is “implacably opposed to the promotion” of racial integration (and so therefore racial segregation), will remind the public that the BNP’s party hierarchy are still racial hygienists that have swapped old school racism for ethnopluralism.

“BNP to end non-whites rule by Valentines Day”!

Ha ha, you make them sound like apartheid South Africa, non whites allowed membership maybe!
So it’ll be interesting to see who joins now & if there is a flood of new members generally.
If people don’t like the new constitution then they will leave or not join in the first place.

So Nick is not spending the night in prison then?

“this still remains a victory for racial equality in Britain”

It is a false and very hollow victory that is absolutely meaningless! You can use force of law to make us induct these people within our movement, but you can’t make us accept them in our minds. The BNP has to allow ethnic members – so what?!

It’s like saying a muslim has to be allowed access to a synagogue and vice-versa!

This ruling has achieved nothing, in fact it will probably inflame the whole situation when ethnics think they have the right to make a nuisance of themselves within the BNP!

What exactly was the judgement?, do they need to actually have the constitution changed before Feb 14th or is the next court appearance after the Feb 14th vote?

    • WTF says:

Well it seems the EGM will be held on the 14th of Feb where the change will be officially agreed to & passed.
So presumably returning to court soon after to prove it has been done.

Well, the BNP let me join; and i am more pink than white, except i have gone a brownish colour in this sunshine.
All this does is open up the BNP to troublemaking foreigners. Can members of the EDL now join the local mosque, in order to protest against the islamification of the Caliphate of Britain.

So you guys are happy that the BNP has cost it’s members yet another £12,500 in court costs? the Judge order that the BNP have to pay for days hearing because they had failed to comply in time i.e. Today the previously agreed date.

So Nick Griffin has cost the BNP another £12,500 and judging by the figures the BNP have submitted to the Electoral Commission over the last 12 months it’s £12,500 they can ill afford to cover considering the election is looming any time soon.

Are you happy for you membership fees to go on covering all the fines and legal bills they keep racking up and NOT on getting people elected?

I’m sure that £12,500 could have been better spent on election campaigning, what are your honest thoughts on this (without if you can manage it all the lefty UAF crap)?

Have you looked at the BNP website lately there are plenty of comments their from people who are seriously un happy and say they won’t donate any more money if this costs them more, and it has another £12,500.

  7. Annon says:

At the BNP’s standard membership fee of £35.00 pa, that’s 357 members fees wasted on paying these court costs because the BNP alone decided to delay the vote …. can you honestly say you are willing to have your membership money used to cover more legal costs that really didn’t need to happen?

And no doubt they will have to pay the next round of costs including all the EHRC costs when they finally settle this, so another massive bill heading the BNP’s way before the expected election date of May 6th.

How can forcing a legitimate party to amend it’s constitution and policies be in the interests of democracy?

Deciding for an adjournment, Judge Collins said: “I’m going to give the BNP an opportunity to have its EGM and take into account what has been said today and get it right.

I do not think there will be another opportunity to get it right. This is it.”

This decision is based on a law brought in to protect the “multi-culturism” experiment. On of the very many laws ( more than one per day) enacted by an administration determined on changing the face of Britain for ever.
It will be a Pyrrhic victory.
