Pressure is continuing to build on the BNP for its refusal to distance itself from the Green Arrow’s revolting and unpatriotic remarks about Queen Elizabeth.
Respected Cambridge historian Andrew Roberts has just contacted Nothing British. Mr Roberts, author of The House of Windsor, told NB:
“These foul remarks by the Green Arrow offshoot of the BNP only go to remind us how profoundly un-British such Fascist groups really are, despite their attempts to clothe themselves in patriotism.”
The BNP press office have got this fantastically wrong. British people are outraged by these remarks. As an elected representative, Nick Griffin MEP receives taxpayer funding and so should be the first to condemn BNP surrogates, who they routinely use to distribute their message. Instead of berating NB the BNP should offer a denunciation of the Green Arrow and any other BNP supporters who insult the Queen by calling her a “traitor”.
Maurice Cousins.

Actually as a historian he should know, but whether he will tell, if the Queen has signed our sovereignty away, has she allowed foreign interests to run this country without the say so of the British population?
If she has, then it looks like treason to me.
She is destroying her own institution?

Great to see that Green Arrow has got the establishment’s useful idiots at “Nothing British About Tory Toffs Telling the Oiks How To Think” blog, in a right tiz.
And sorry to disabuse you about this notion, but their is ABSOLUTELY no “pressure” on the BNP to distance itself from GA’s comments (who really cares what Blunkett and Roberts think). GA is a private individual and his website makes this fact quite clear:
“Material published here are the personal views and opinions of the Green Arrow Writers and should not be taken as official BNP policy. This is an INDEPENDENT site. It is NOT an official BNP site, neither is it a puppet of the BNP.”

If the BNP want to demonstrably show how they have changed then they should distance themselves from lunatics like the Green Arrow.
The same would happen for the mainstream parties too. As it did with Derek Draper on Labourlist.

The Monarchy in this nation will never implode. It is one of the best assets that we have. Being a pleb, and not privvy to the upper echelons, I assume HER MAJESTY has advisors. Several times she has said things that would point to her not agreeing with what was going on, for instance in Northern Ireland. But as stated by unionist, after the glorious revelution that is the way it is. What the public have to do is voice opinion, but, there again, do not bother, because all is going to plan, we are all going down the eu plughole. But there again, true brits never give up and are always better when their backs are against the wall.Ask not waht your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. ie, vote BNP>

Both my parents used to be Tories, but since the Party sold out any political ideologies it ever had and became Blue Labour they are both going to vote BNP at the election provided there are candidates in their area. David Cameron is about as plastic as they come and has already done U turns on holding a referendum on Europe and now about spending cuts. BNP appear a more honest alternative who aren’t fighting to appear more PC than anyone else like the old Parties

It would seem that despite all the resources thrown at the “Nothing British About Tory Toffs” blog, their message doesn’t seem quite so attractive as the one espoused by the populist, patriotic and Nationalist Green Arrow, if the Alexa website traffic figures are anything to go by:
Green Arrow 154,203 (Worldwide ranking) 7,025 UK ranking
Nothing British 835,641 (W/wide ranking) 83,321 UK ranking
Interestingly, the pageviews per user for GA are 5.2 and ONLY 2.2 for NB. Oh dear – serious fail there for the Tory toffs!

“Roberts believes the BNP are unpatriotic”
The BNP no doubt think the same about him & his colleagues because they fixate on the BNP but seem to ignore what really concerns people.
He & his kind won’t acknowledge what the real problems are, the BNP don’t exist in a vacuum, they are a reaction to something.

“British people are outraged by these remarks.”
Who does he mean by “British People”? has he contacted everyone who he regards as British and personaly asked them? has he asked Anjam choudrey, and if so what did Mr Choudrey say, was he outraged?
where is evidence of this outrage, where are all the queens subjects rioting against this outrage? Were all the Labour backbenchers who want a downgrading of the monarchy outraged?
Certainly Mr Roberts is entitled to his personal opinion and we can all sleep better tonight now we know his opinion.

One of Britain’s most eminent historians has assailed the country’s policy towards Israel, questioning Queen Elizabeth II. Speaking at the Anglo-Israel Association dinner in central London last week, Andrew Roberts suggested that the Foreign Office had a de facto ban on royal visits to Israel. Link on older comments.

“Cambridge historian slams vile attack on Queen”
Cambridge historians of the future will write about how the BNP, their members, their supporters and all other true British patriots never wavered, never gave up hope and eventually overcame all obstacles to make Great Britain great once again and how, before restoring true democracy and freedom of speech to these islands, they first brought ALL traitors to justice.

As Andrew Roberts, the historian, told a Nothing British policy meeting yesterday, the failures of successive Labour governments leaves a legacy of fascism in our society. Throughout modern history it is the role of incoming Conservative governments to address the problem. Address the problem, hahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahah, you’re part of the EU fascism problem.
He’s one of the boys, knew it. from conservative home.

So now Britons cannot question their constitutional arrangements without being decried as unpatriotic; the rot started when you were not allowed to question the wisdom of immigration policies past. I thought that the Caliphate was still a democracy, where freedom of speech is to be treasured…. it seems not; not now the PC brigade have taken control.
For my part, long may she reign over us ( here in Oz as well)

AA they are 2 generations from a republic. We had a documentary here and a BBC guy followed the same route as lizzies post coronation tour of the commonwealth./ Young Australians hate her …plain and simple, as do most young Brits. Most are frankly sick of the tax dodging that started a century ago and continues today, with her not paying inheritance tax when her mum died and left us with bills to pay.
Expensive foreign tours. She still gets a civil list her kids use helicopters to go to golf tournaments costing hundreds of thoiusands of pounds. You may remember the costings i gave for charlies tour with his new woman. Do you think the new Britons whose parents didnt do all the god save the queen bullshit are going to let the situation go on in 200yrs time …..If we are going to have unelected European heads of state…. THEY WILL BE IN BRUSSELS.

“That in her hopes of averting the threat of a Second Holocaust, only Israel can be relied upon to act decisively in the best interests of the Jews.” is the end of Andrew Roberts speech.
So the question is, is that true?
I think some of Israel’s actions harm Jews abroad & at home, just as you could say that of US or UK actions abroad.
I think it is more true to say that (some if not all) Jews “can be relied upon to act decisively in the best interests of” Israel.
