My point is that anglo-saxons have their own unique cultural niche in this vast world of ours. While the yanks, canadians and poms might speak English with a funny accent, at the end of the day anglo-saxon peoples are roughly the same; especially when compared to the Spanish, Russian or Turkish peoples. You and your ilk seek to homogenise all peoples, which is impossible when the cultural incompatibilities are taken into account. We are not all the same; other races ( cultures, if you like ) have vastly different practices to mine, and while i do not seek to change these practices, i object when they are introduced into my world. Multiculturalism has effected this phenomenon, but it is a one way street, as migrants are all full of their rights to retain their cultural identity, but turn away from their responsibilities to act in accordance with the host culture. Respect is never shown, yet we are meant to respect them and their cultural proclivities, which are often at odds with our cultural practices.
