There is nothing British about breaking the law

The BNP is selective when complying with the law

The BNP says it is a democratic party of law and order, but many of its leaders have convictions for serious offences.

Britain takes great pride in being a country that observes law and order. Britons are among the most law abiding citizens in the world.

But when it comes to complying with the law the BNP is very selective.

Examples of the BNP non-compliance with law and order:

  • 1. When it came to the Race Relations Act it only complied with the law when it was threatened with a possible court injunction over its whites-only membership policy by the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
  • 2. The BNP adopts a selective attitude towards freedom of the press – which is protected under British law. This was graphically displayed by the attempted nose ripping of Dominic Kennedy from The Times.

Though the BNP adopts a tough stance on law and order, many prominent leaders, members and supporters have convictions for public order, race relations and even terror charges.

Examples of BNP offences:

1. Nick Griffin MEP – In 1998 the Griffin was convicted for incitement to racial hatred for material denying the Holocaust. He was convicted and received a nine-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, and was fined £2,300. Griffin claims that the law under which he was convicted “is an unjust law and he therefore has no obligation to follow it”.

2. Andrew Brons MEP – In June 1984, Brons was convicted by Leeds magistrates of using insulting words and behaviour likely to cause a breach of the peace. The court was told that when PC John Raj, the area’s community constable, who was of Malaysian origin, told the group to disperse, Brons, then 37, responded: “I am aware of my legal rights. Inferior beings like yourself probably do not appreciate the principle of free speech.” Brons denied the allegations at the time and continues to deny them, describing them as “absurd”. His challenge to Raj’s evidence was not, however, accepted at his subsequent appeal at Leeds crown court.

3. Martin Wingfield – In November 1985 the former editor of the BNP newspaper Voice of Freedom and current constituency manager for Nick Griffin received a 90-day sentence for failing to pay a fine imposed earlier that year for two offences under the race relations laws. He was convicted for inciting racial hatred in election literature distributed by the National Front in 1983.

4. Terence Gavan – The former BNP “Gold Member” was sentenced to a total of 11 years imprisonment under the Terrorism Act 2000 after pleading guilty to 22 charges involving explosives, firearms and terrorism offences. Gavan had 54 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) some of which contained ball bearings and nails, together with 12 firearms, 10 of which he had made or modified himself.

5. Roberto Fiore – In 1981 Fiore, a close friend of Nick Griffin for over 30 years, was arrested by Scotland Yard officers and brought before Bow Street court in relation to the bombing of Bologna train station, which killed 85 (including two Britons). In 1985 he was sentenced by an Italian court to 10 years in prison in absentia for being a member of the political wing of the ARN. He was convicted for conspiring to carry out an armed attack. Fiore’s sentence was eventually reduced to five-and-a-half on appeal. During the trial Fiore was cleared of involvement in the bombing, but was convicted of subversive association.

If the BNP want to present themselves as a modern democratic party, then they need to start playing by the rules.

A tory councillor was last night behind bars after being charged with raping and sexually abusing a girl of 13.
Married step-dad David Kirton, 55, was remanded in custody by magistrates after being arrested at the weekend following complaints from the alleged victim.
Police confirmed: “A 55-year-old man has been remanded in custody prior to appearance at crown court.
“He was charged with offences under the Sexual Offences Act, including rape and sexual assault.”
Kirton, a councillor in Harlow, Essex, is believed to have recently left the home he shares with his wife Denise, 55, and moved to Stevenage, Herts.
A council spokesman refused to comment and the borough’s Tory leader was unavailable last night. Kirton will appear at Chelmsford crown court on October 21.2009

That’s a dangerous thing to say, how about everyone else does as well?
That list of BNP offences is fairly petty compared to the list that “Required” links to.
No doubt other sins of the past can be dragged up to, “Exile” has alluded to a few in the past of people not unconnected to this site even after leaving a certain AC out of it.

Thinking of the infliltration of the IFE and the Hollie Greig case, the web and tangle of inter-dependence,fear,backhanders and power-grabbing must be overwhelming. That must be why they are all so terrified of Nick Griffin (because he’d have nothing to lose and all to gain in exposing it all) and to some extent the likes of Farage and Lord Pearson. Nick is upsetting the govt’s little muslim pals and they must be screaming at the tops of their voices to their protectors in Lib/Lab/Con.

Qur’an (4:95) – “Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home). Unto all (in Faith) Hath Allah promised good: But those who strive and fight Hath He distinguished above those who sit (at home) by a special reward,-” This passage not only criticizes “peaceful” Muslims who do not join in the violence, but it also demolishes the modern myth that “Jihad” doesn’t mean holy war in the Qur’an, but rather a spiritual struggle. Not only is the Arabic word used in this passage, but it is clearly not referring to anything spiritual, since the physically disabled are given exemption. (The Hadith reveals the context of the passage to be in response to a blind man’s protest that he is unable to engage in Jihad).

I don’t believe the “white flight” narrative of the BNP. I believe that what has happened is the process of suburbanisation – people becoming wealthier and then moving outwards to bigger homes. Poorer newcomers then take the place of the wealthy emigrants.

My city has seen waves of immigrants over the years first local country folk, then the Welsh, then the Irish, after that Jews, then
Caribbean folk, Indians, Pakistanis and so on and so on.

      The world changes, people move.

Some people, large numbers of people, have been left behind economically in recent years and haven’t moved on with the times through no fault of their own. They would certainly benefit from targetted economic help – more council houses and job creation schemes / training for a start.

They will not benefit from being alienated from wider society and from a culture of blame. Nobody will benefit from race riots. The BNP’s policies seem designed to whip up a culture of blame and also to turn people away from the national institutions that could help them. A former Tory politician has been jailed for six and a half years for five sex offences involving three girls, including one charge of rape.
Stephen Mullins, 52, formerly of Links Avenue, Hellesdon, was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court today .
The former head chef in the kitchen of the Bull pub in Reepham Road, Hellesdon had earlier admitted two offences of indecent assault against one girl under 14, rape involving the same girl, sexual assault on another girl aged 14 and assault on another young girl.
Mullins was a member of Norwich North Conservative Association for about two years and a Hellesdon parish councillor for about the same time.

I had to laugh at the thought of bedraggled, goat loving , boy fiddling, camel sha@#ing, desert nomads, having a haughty attitude towards a modern, forward thinking, relaxed society such as ours.

The Qur’an tells Muslims how to follow Islam the history, it has stories of Jesus, Moses and Abraham. It has prayers for all. The Qur’an is like the Holy Bible and as said before.. The Qur’an is nothing more than guide to live peacefully if the Qur’an had 109 passages to kill non-belivers than why arn’t all of Muslims fighting in Afghanistan this does not make any sense!! The so called people who have interpretated the Qur’an have been mis-guided through extrmists like the looney bing from IslamUK who does not represeant all Muslims

INCORRECT!!! The qur’an has no versus at linking to war or killing whites and plans to create weapons of mass desruction or any of that false rubbish you have been informed.

The qur’an teaches it’s followers how to live by Islam the history of islam who Jesus was who Moses was the stories which are in the holy bible. Does the holy bible teach it’s followers to murder asians and no belivers I don’t think so! People will find away to interpretate anything to manipulate there cause!!

There’s nothing stopping you. What’s your bag? folk music? – learn an instrument, English beer? – brew your own. Whatever it is go for it!

The biggest danger to our culture is apathy not foreigners.

If they do the things you say they should go to prison – and they do here if they get caught.

People do adapt – but they don’t adapt overnight. It takes a generation or so. The kids of immigrants are just the same as the kids whose families have lived here generations.

Personally, I like to see foreign clothes on the high street, and unusual foods in shops. Foreign music is cool too.

Have you tried the Iranian kobeda kebab? It’s great.

Immigrant’s do adapt thats not the problem. it lies we both side there are bad Muslims and Bad Christians who want to incite racial hatred between two similar cultures. The Muslims that listen extremist and bomb places are going to hell, there is no stronger punishment then that. The Qur’an does not say there will be virgins and all sorts. The Qur’an says bad people who do bad things will go to hell. Good people who do good things will go to heaven. Thats in both Chrsitians and Muslims.

Immigration is a way incite racial hatred between everyone who lives in the UK especially the one’s are born here…!

You can make the point that Christianity is also a Semitic middle eastern religion but at least that has been distilled & Anglicised over hundreds of years, I haven’t got the time to hang about & wait for Islam to go the same way.
