BNP “whites only” court case adjourned

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission’s injunction against the BNP for breaking race rules has been adjourned to allow the party more time to prepare a defence, after the court was told the party had only instructed its counsel on Tuesday.
Judge Paul Collins has said, while the BNP’s criteria might breach race rules, it had taken a “long time for someone to get round to the idea” that the BNP was breaking the law – which was founded 27 years ago.
The Judge pointed out that the case appears to have been prompted by complaints made to the Commission after the BNP won two seats in the European Parliament in June.
He also added that the EHRC had not provided any evidence that there was “a long queue of black people wanting to join the BNP”.
But the Judge said the BNP had known since June about the possibility of legal action and said it was “unfair” of the party to have instructed its counsel at the last minute. He therefore ordered the BNP to pay the costs of yesterday’s hearing.
There are signs, however, that the EHRC’s court proceedings have unnerved the BNP with Nick Griffin – who did not attend yesterday’s hearing - recently writing: “Adapt or die is the only decision left to make, for failure to adapt would lead either to our being bled white through the courts or crushed by new criminal laws. Party unity is priceless, because a party of brothers standing shoulder to shoulder can be persecuted, but it can never be beaten or broken.”

Andrew Brons tabled a question on the welfare of horses
This week the BNP’s two MEP’s - Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons – have started back in Brussels.
Nick Griffin sat on the Environment Committee and warned that it was worrying too much about climate change and said, “you are all dealing with the wrong crisis”.
Griffin added: “The crucial point is … the impact of diminishing resources in our geologically finite world.” Later writing, “Peak Oil, not climate change, is the big issue.”
Andrew Brons tabled a question to the European Parliament on the welfare of horses. In his role as an MEP, Brons is supporting the World Horse Welfare’s Make a Noise campaign, which calls for new welfare laws for horses in transit.
Later on today Brons will be sitting on the “Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee” (LIBE), which is in charge of citizens and human rights within the EU.

The court case is really an allegory for the whole race-replacement program: White peoples cannot be allowed to remain White and neither does the BNP have the right to be White. Shameful. I can think of nothing more objectively racist than outlawing an organisation because of the race of its members.

Mr Noor Ramjanally was arrested yesterday and is currently being held at Harlow police station.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “A man has been arrested in connection with an ongoing police investigation into an alleged abduction in West Essex.
“Police were contacted on Monday August 24 by a man who stated that he had been abducted from his home in the Valley Hill area of Loughton. On Thursday September 3, police arrested a 36 year-old man from the town on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.”
Mr Ramjanally claimed he had been the subject of a series of “racist incidents” linked to his attempts to hire a local hall for use as a weekly Muslim prayer room in an area with four BNP councillors.

Its alright for people to preach about racism when its not on your doorstep. I’m a 40yr old woman whose terminally ill with secondary breast cancer & I live in Glasgow with my partner, 4 kids & grandson. I was living in Bridgeton in Glasgow in a private rented flat but it didn’t meet my needs so I had to move to a GHA house in Gallowgate/Glasgow, after 2weeks of living there I had to move cos even though I was born in Scotland, I was moved to Kent when I was a child aged2 so I had a very English accent even though I’d lived in Scotland since 1997 we suffered a lot of racial abuse from the Glasweigan kids & their families i.e getting our windows smashed etc. We then moved into temporary accomodation in Maryhill, that was the best place I ever lived in, since living in Glasgow, the houses were shitholes but the people were brilliant, I still keep in contact with these people, even though I’ve been moved out of there for 2yrs now. We had to move from Maryhill cos like I said the houses were so bad they had to be pulled down. We were moved to another temporary accomodation in Pollokshields, I’ve never been a racist person but living in Pollokshields for the last 2yrs has nearly brought me to the edge of being a very bitter one, I’ve always said that no-one owns this planet so no-one really has the right to say that certain races don’t have the right to exist on it & I still feel the same. Pollokshields is 90% Muslim & Seek, 3 of my children are aged 9, 10 & 12, there’s a Glasgow City Council park in my street too. My children can’t go out to play without getting racial abuse physically & verbally, they have been called white trash, milk bottle & go back to your own country, two of my children were born in Scotland & my 12yr old has lived here since she was 3months old, so I think this is our country. My 10yr old son has tried with all his might to go & play in the PUBLIC park but he has had about 3 to 4 pakistanni kids between the ages of 11 & 16yrs old beat him up & they told him to stay away from the park cos its a pakki park (their words not mine), I pay my council tax so my kids have the right to play there as it’s meant to be a comunual area, yeah right. At one time I had 16 of them outside my house with weapons trying to get into my property while my partner was out shopping. Don’t get me wrong & start thinking that I kept my kids away from them cos I haven’t, there is a minority of them that don’t agree with the racism plus the seek & the muslims fight each other too. My youngest little girl was playing with a group of Asians girls of her own age but their mother came out & told her kids to keep away from my daughter cos they’re not allowed to play with white scum infront of her. My son has some Asian friends too but I’ve had to tell one of them to stop coming to my home cos I found out that everytime he came to our house he would go home & get a beating with a belt from his father if he found out his son was at my house. I couldn’t live with this, I liked the boy but it wasn’t worth him getting a beating. I’ve finally got a house from the GHA in Scotstoun, Anniesland which is in the westend of Glasgow, just around the corner from Maryhill (Pollokshields is in the eastend of Glasgow). I can’t wait to move & live in a 90% white area again, if you think I’m being racist try walking/driving round Pollokshields & have everyone look at you like you’re an outcast. I’m the only white family in Pollokshields thats ever got the police involved, it’s helped a lot, believe it or not cos they hate the fact they could get caught & they stay away for a while. I was told by a certain person in authority that the Asians say we’re the racists when all they’ve seen a lot of is the Asians instigating it. There is graffitti on some walls in Glasgow saying BLACK GLASGOW, GET THE WHITES OUT. I always thought that the Scots were taken the piss out of for being so pale. Lets just hope they don’t rebel oneday eh.

A 15yr old Glasweigan boy, who lived in Pollokshields was abducted by a gang of Asian adults. They drove him all round Glasgow & the outskirts of Glasgow for about 3hrs, they then took him back to Pollokshields & stabbed him numerous times then set him on fire. When the police found his body cos of the way he was positioned it looked like he was still alive when they set him on fire.

Samantha your are talking bull.I have drank and walked through pollokshields on my way to football for years and have never had or seen any racial abuse on either side,i think you are a recruiting sargeant for the bnp.
