The BNP is in court today to defend its “whites only” policy for membership of the party.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) issued county court proceedings against the far-right party on August 24 after voicing concerns in June about its constitution and membership criteria.
John Wadham, legal director at the Equality and Human Rights Commission said: “The BNP has said that it is not willing to amend its membership criteria which we believe are discriminatory and unlawful.

BNP man pleads guilty for doing Nazi salute

A separate BNP member making the Nazi salute at RWB
Hat-tip to Lancaster Unity for their story about a BNP member who has been fined for giving a Nazi salute during scuffles with protesters at the Party’s annual Red, White and Blue festival.
John Jones, who was one of a small group who argued with anti-BNP protesters, was told by the police to leave the scene, but as he did so he made the gesture.
Jones pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour which was racially aggravated. He was fined £71, with £60 costs and a £15 Government surcharge. Presiding magistrate Anthony Stanley said the salute was a “serious offence”.

Jones claims he had the words ‘kill the BNP’ shouted at him and was pelted with fruit. I heard the words ‘Kill the BNP’ from the protesters today. Why are these crimes going unchallenged?
It seems that anti-BNP can get away with anything. I hope those that injured the three policemen today get their just reward.

Cheers wtf. i think the brother in law has it on the sky plus box.
Art is pretty subjective you could go and take a dump on the floor of the tate modern and youd find people watching would call it performance art. once youd finished a crowd would stand round it and call it modern art. lol

hahahah have you tasted Aldi baked beans ?? i think i bought it lol.
Im a traditionalist when it comes to art but architecture im pretty flexible.
Love the Gherkin. We still have world renowned and respected architects but wtf did we do with the dome?? Millennia of history , the engine room of the industrial revolution. The greatest inventions and discoveries the modern world has known … and we put up a tent !! lol.
You can see why people are pissed off, When i visited India the shops would have Union Jacks on them as a mark of quality. You could buy brands like “English toothpaste” even those we subjugated to a degree have respect for our acheivements, but our leaders sell us short by letting it descend into the latrine its turning into. I sound like a wishy washy liberal but i would arrange a cull .. damn im sounding like a nazi now

I have never shopped in Aldi or Lidl, no particular prejudice against them though.
Re the Gherkin, I would like to see the resurrection of the Baltic Exchange which used to stand there & is in a warehouse somewhere.
Our mark of quality these days is “Made in China” on the back of them.
Most things of quality have been slowly diluted or sold off.

We are a country under foreign occupation, 80% of our laws are made in Brussels, our fishing grounds given away, our Gold sold off, our Industries, we have been taken in to 3 illegal wars in which 2 Million have died violently. Our country decimated by pollution, congestion and landfill problems caused by mass immigration and our people murdered and gangraped and you people think this is great.
