I often wonder what the liberal elite think life was like for the white working classes when the slave trade was in full swing. Whites were sent as slaves to plantations,in Newgate they were shackled and branded,pressed to death and (as we all know) hanged for just about anything.Children in the care of the parish were often sold into slavery in factories.
Considering most of us descended from abject poverty and until the 19th century had very little say in who governed us I think that the descendants of the guilty could be narrowed down to a very few people.Maybe anyone with an aristocratic heritage should start feeling guilty about me!!!

Yes I have traced back my heritage & found some European migrants but basically working people who never owned a slave, in fact they were probably close to that state.
Workers were lucky to get a day off a year in the industrial age.
I think the plan is to take us back there.

Hmmm no need to feel that guilty about the slave trade, Ok im gonna justify this. Of course Liverpool and Bristol amonst others were built on the slave trade and the cruelty doled out is undeniable but slavery was commonplace in africa before european inteference. Prisoners of war were taken as slaves by other tribes etc. Whites just arrived and “refined” the process. It is worth remembering Abolition was the seed planted by an Englishman.
